Brother Sergeant De Lacy Davis is a 14-year veteran of the East Orange, NJ, Police Department. His organization B-CAP has worked to reduce, eliminate, and prevent police abuse/misconduct and community violence through innovative techniques and programs. The organization has used a wide variety of approaches to achieving these goals:
